Our experience in the area
Ivana's initial career started in the high strung media industry where she has personally experienced and observed the unhealthy culture of dealing with burnout, stress and anxiety. Her passion to change this unhealthy lifestyle pushed her towards changing careers and moving towards helping others to manage work related stressors and find a better way to live and enjoy their workplace.
Ivana started as a wokrplace stress management educator, going on to further specialise in workplace wellbeing and meditation.
During COVID lockdowns in Victoria, Ivana has provided ongoing meditation and stress relief sessions for staff in the Media Industry via virtual sessions.
