      <image:caption>Ivana Legin is a Counselling psychotherapist with a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree and diverse experience in counselling. This experience includes working as a substitute High School teacher as well as a school counsellor, assisting children aged between 11 and 18 years. Ivana has worked with clients from war affected communities to help express their internalised distress and assisted in helping them maintain their mental and physical wellbeing. Having worked in the corporate world for 15 years, namely in the high-stress and deadline driven Media and Advertising industry, Ivana has gained knowledge and personal experience in workplace stress and burnouts. She has in the last 8 years worked with companies to help reduce workplace stress through stress management training and counselling.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ivana's initial career started in the high strung media industry where she has personally experienced and observed the unhealthy culture of dealing with burnout, stress and anxiety. Her passion to change this unhealthy lifestyle pushed her towards changing careers and moving towards helping others to manage work related stressors and find a better way to live and enjoy their workplace. Ivana started as a wokrplace stress management educator, going on to further specialise in workplace wellbeing and meditation. During COVID lockdowns in Victoria, Ivana has provided ongoing meditation and stress relief sessions for staff in the Media Industry via virtual sessions.</image:caption>

Our therapist’s years of experience in educational setting allows you as a student or your child to gain perspective on study and life. Calm House Therapy works with high school children and university students who are finding it hard to cope with the pressures of high school and university. Highschool, but specifically VCE students, can find the idea of getting ready for the final exams stress producing and anxiety inducing. At Calm House Therapy we offer mental and emotional preparation for the stresses of VCE and exams. Calm House Therapy offers any study related emotional and mental support, especially for first and final year university students. Why that group? First year students are trying to find their feet and are overcome by the newness of the environment, level of expectations from the lecturers and what it means being a young adult and to be independent, while final year students are plagued with worries about what future holds after university and to maintain high grades for further studies, are found to exhibit many psychological burdens.</image:caption>
